Robert Lorenza Green III, MD Co-Founder
Robert Lorenza Green III, MD is a co-founder of Home Team Medical Services and serves as President and Collaborating Physician for our team of primary care providers. Dr. Green is a third-generation physician with more than 10 years of experience practicing primary care focused internal medicine in Birmingham, AL. He is especially passionate about improving healthcare systems to better meet people’s human needs and prioritizing care of people as individuals, as opposed to a list of diagnoses.
Originally a native of Virginia, Dr. Green moved to his wife’s hometown of Birmingham in 2014 to be closer to family after the birth of their first child. He is married to Jennifer Simpson Green, PhD, who is a practicing clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders. Robert and Jennifer have two children together and enjoy spending time with family and participating in church activities when they are not seeing patients.

Role at Home Team Medical Services:
Dr. Green’s primary objective at Home Team Medical Services is to create and maintain the medical support and clinical excellence necessary for our primary care providers to be able to see you at home, ensuring the kind of compassionate care that we want for our own family members. He acts as collaborating physician for our provider team and meets regularly with them to review their care plans and to collaborate on management of complex medical issues.
Dave Rader, MD Co-Founder
Dave Rader, MD is a co-founder of Home Team Medical Services and serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Development. A distinguished general surgeon, Dr. Rader has long been an integral part of the medical community in Birmingham, AL. With over 41 years of clinical experience, his expertise extends across multiple surgical domains.

Board Certification: American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine.
Career Highlights:
As a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Venous and Lymphatic Society, he has demonstrated exceptional commitment to clinical contributions to patient care.
Dr. Rader was a pioneer in the laparoscopic surgery revolution performing the first laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) in central Alabama in 1989.
Dr. Rader has trained numerous surgeons in laparoscopic procedures and has lectured both domestically and internationally.
His dedication to advancing surgical techniques globally led him to teach laparoscopic surgery in Moscow at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
Since 2019, Dr. Rader has been actively involved in providing on-site primary care for residents of senior living facilities. He has served as the Medical Director for Aveanna Medical House Call (formerly Premier Medical House Call). Additionally, he serves as the Medical Director for several assisted living and memory care facilities in central Alabama.
Role at Home Team Medical Services:
In his role with Home Team Medical Services, Dr. Rader collaborates with Dr. Green and our primary care team to provide on-site geriatric care to residents of retirement communities. He oversees many of Home Team’s administrative functions. The combination of his clinical and administrative expertise helps ensure a compassionate approach to primary care and patient well-being and enhances the quality of care provided to all we serve.
Cliff Arceneaux, PA-C
Cliff W. Arceneaux, PA-C is a highly skilled and compassionate physician assistant primary care provider at Home Team Medical Services. Cliff has extensive experience in offering exceptional medical care to Alabama’s geriatric population. Cliff’s commitment to improving the health and well-being of our elderly patients accounts for his outstanding reputation.
Cliff is an accomplished author, lecturer, and frequent podcast guest. His book, Keeping Your Marbles: A Field Guide for Preventing and Treating Cognitive Decline has been well received in the Health and Wellness world. He is a certified Plant Based Nutrition Counselor through Cornell University. He and his wife, Denise, manage Incredible Health Farms, LLC in Jemison, AL where they live with their two children.

Medical School: Cliff Arceneaux completed his physician assistant training Wake Forest University School of Medicine matriculating in 2006.
Certification: He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Role at Home Team Medical Services:
Cliff has been an integral part of Home Team since its inception. He currently acts as one of our primary care providers, caring for patients throughout Alabama. Cliff collaborates seamlessly with other health care professionals including physicians, nurses, and specialists. Clinically, Cliff brings an expertise in treating cognitive decline to Home Team Medical Services.
Cliff is deeply committed to providing personalized care to our senior citizens. He understands the unique needs and challenges faced by older adults and tailors his approach accordingly. His empathetic bedside manner and excellent communication skills foster trust and rapport with patients and their families.
Paige Morris, CRNP
Paige Morris, CRNP is a nurse practitioner and primary care provider at Home Team Medical and cares for assisted living and memory supports patients in several residential facilities in Birmingham. Paige is skilled in managing acute and chronic conditions, performing health assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Like other members of the Home Team clinical staff, Paige is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach to care. She believes in building strong relationships with patients, actively listening to their concerns, and tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Role at Home Team Medical Services:
As a primary care provider, Paige visits patients at their assisted-living facility homes. She fosters deep connections with the facility staff as well as with patients, highlighting the importance of a collaborative approach to care. Paige is committed to promoting wellness, disease prevention, and health education within the community she serves. Her passion for preventive care aligns perfectly with the mission of Home Team Medical Services. Most days, Paige is on site, seeing scheduled patient visits. She also manages urgent needs through virtual visits, via telehealth, phone visits, or through additional collaboration with facility staff and Home Team’s clinical assistants.
